June 22, 2018 – Smith Ranch Neighborhood Phase 1

Smith Ranch Neighborhood Phase 1 includes the following housing types:

2-3 bedroom townhomes, 3 bedroom duplexes, and 3-4 bedroom single family homes.

Pricing for Phase 1 will be based on 80-120% AMI (area median income). Pricing for Phase 1 will range from $252,268 for a 2-bedroom townhome to $551,565 for a 4-bedroom single family residence. Most homes in Phase 1 will have built-in garages.

(Note: Must be owner-occupied by residents who work at least 30 hours per week in Summit County.)

7/2/18 – 8/13/18, Applications accepted by Summit Combined Housing Authority (SCHA)

Applications for Smith Ranch Neighborhood Phase 1 are available online (www.summithousing.us), via email (info@summithousing.us) or at the SCHA office, 110 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424, or at the Silverthorne Town Hall front desk, located at 601 Center Circle, Silverthorne, CO 80498

SCHA will be holding office hours at Silverthorne Town Hall during the   application period on Wednesdays 8 AM – 11 AM and Thursdays 3 PM - 5 PM,   please check www.summithousing.us as times may change.

 

8/23/18 • 4:00 PM Phase 1 Lottery

Completed and approved applications will be entered into a lottery. The lottery drawing will take place on 08/23/18 at 4:00 PM at Silverthorne Town Hall in Council Chambers, 601 Center Circle, Silverthorne, CO 80498. Applicants are welcome to attend, however not required. Lottery results will be posted live on the SCHA Facebook Page and also the SCHA website.

Open House Preliminary PUD community open house UPDATE

Thursday, February 1

We had a great turnout for the Smith Ranch Open House on Wednesday night at the Pavilion, with approximately 250 people attending. Thanks to the Town, the development team, and the Summit Combined Housing Authority for working hard to make this event a great success. The next step in the planning process will be the Planning Commission and Town Council review of the zoning, as part of the Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) process, anticipated to occur in March, 2018
